Changing careers is a major decision that can affect every dimension of your life. That’s why our experienced consultants spend time getting to know you and your personal and career goals. How We Work

Confidentiality. Everything we do is always handled in the strictest of confidence. We will not forward any documentation about you to any prospective employer without first discussing the opportunity with you.

Honesty. We will give you an honest appraisal of your skills and will advise you on a realistic basis as to the options available. In return we also expect you to be honest and open with us.

Proactive. As we are primarily in the executive search business we rarely handle large volumes of candidates at any given time. This means we are able to spend more time with you in finding you what you want. We sit down with you and will go through your needs and wants and even if we currently don’t have anything suitable we will proactively work on your behalf and explore hidden opportunities in the market place on a confidential basis.

Salaries. We conduct our own salary surveys and are able to give you accurate and up to date advice on the current rates and trends in your sector.

Fees. The employer engages us. There is no cost what so ever to you for our services
